Accor & JMS Hospitality and Management, announced a new-build serviced apartment Sebel branded hotel for Melbourne’s Moonee Ponds.
The Sebel Melbourne Moonee Ponds will open in the Mason Square precinct, a new major urban renewal development comprising a residential, retail and dining hub. It is scheduled to open on November 2019.
The Hotel will add 97 serviced apartment-style rooms to Melbourne’s inner North West, spanning eight floors, offering 89 one bedroom apartments, 8 two bedroom apartments all complete with balconies and full kitchen facilities.
The Property will feature a fitness center, meeting spaces, a restaurant known as Saros, underground parking, and a ground floor space that will be home to retailers and cafes, leased to external operators.
The property is located 6km from Melbourne’s CBD, closed to the Puckle Street retail strip and Moonee Ponds Central shopping center.
