CDL renews lease on Grand Millennium Auckland to Hospitality Services
The 452-key hotel is the largest hotel in New Zealand
The lease started Sept 2016 with a three year term. With this renewal, the second three-year term of the lease will commence Sept 2019 on the same terms.
CDL Hospitality Trusts has renewed the lease on the Grand Millennium Auckland with Hospitality Services Limited.
Grand Millennium Auckland is the largest hotel in New Zealand, with 452 rooms located in New Zealand’s gateway city of Auckland.
The Lease commenced on 7 September 2016 with a three-year term and options to renew for two further three-year terms, subject to mutual agreement. With this renewal, the second three-year term of the Lease will commence on 7 September 2019 on the same terms.

one hotel in New Zealand’s gateway city of Auckland (Grand Millennium Auckland);
two hotels in United Kingdom (Hilton Cambridge City Centre in Cambridge and The Lowry Hotel in Manchester);
one hotel in Germany’s gateway city of Munich (Pullman Hotel Munich);
one hotel in the historic city centre of Florence, Italy, (Hotel Cerretani Florence, MGallery by Sofitel); and
two resorts in Maldives (Angsana Velavaru and Raffles Maldives Meradhoo (previously known as Dhevanafushi Maldives Luxury Resort, Managed by AccorHotels)).
