InterContinental Hotel Group announced their seventh voco hotel in Australasia, with voco South Melbourne being added to the pipeline.
IHG said the hotel is being developed in partnership with Melbourne-based developers, BEKL, and is scheduled to open in early 2023.
The new-build will be at the northern end of St. Kilda Road and feature 171 rooms, along with four meeting spaces and a gym.
