Skye Suites Green Square intends to open its serviced apartment and residence component this month to take advantage of the rising demand in the long-stay accommodation, ahead of its official short-stay hotel opening in July. Crown Group, which last week reported success in its extended-stay business model at its two existing properties in Parramatta and the Sydney CBD, will open its third property ahead of schedule to allow it to continue catering to the growing traveler market seeking a space to isolate while still maintaining a normal work schedule. The early opening will cater to stays of three months or longer, with Crown Group Chief Operating Officer, Pierre Abrahamse.
