Development is scheduled to commence in October 2019, opening Q1-2021
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts operates almost 150 hotels across the Southeast Asia and Pacific Rim region
Upon opening, Ramada Playford will feature 205-keys, a swimming pool, gym, restaurant and sports bar, along with meeting and conference spaces. It will become the first Ramada hotel in South Australia.
Construction on the circa $90 million development is scheduled to commence in October this year, with the hotel’s opening scheduled for the first quarter of 2021.
The site is within easy walking distance of the Civic Centre and Shedley Theatre, Prince George Plaza, Grenville Hub and Playford Arena.
The hotel will operate under a license agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, which operates almost 150 hotels across the Southeast Asia and Pacific Rim region. It will be managed by Resort Management by Wyndham, an Australian hotel management subsidiary of Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific.
